My name is Naomi Griffin Self. I advocate for a growing capacity for Self-Expression. I work with open-minded humans who are dedicated to personal growth and committed to creating positive change in their lives and in the world. 

Together, we engage in a variety of methods to free our voices and become more expressive of our True Self.  As participants in Singing Circles, we grow in our love of Life and our capacity to connect more deeply and authentically with ourselves and others.

The process of self-discovery empowers coaching clients to explore the rich playground of their emotions, to see the gifts in each emotional response to Life, and to uncover their true voices through dynamic vocalization, delightful community building, and safe, passionate, and authentic communication.

Mindfulness

Unexpressed grief is central to so much of the trauma we carry into our daily life experiences. 
Sometimes the music we share brings up deeply buried pain that is lingering underneath our anger and fear.  Learning to move through all our feelings and experiences with mindfulness and care is a gift to our own hearts and the world.

Singing

Bringing unity to a polarized and divided world, Singing Circles elicit joy without judgment. You will harmonize with others and find your truest voice in a brand new way.
I have seen even the most reticent singers tap into confidence and delight as their voices strengthen and reverberate in every corner of their lives.​

​Connection

Creating solidarity with oneself and harmony with others is the work of a lifetime.  My Singing Circles are designed to support you in both the internal connection with your own heart as well as your external connection with others.​

Expression

Every emotion has a right to life and all feelings are welcome in my Singing Circles.  In your journey toward living a more authentic life out loud, you are free to deviate from whatever traditional scripts keep you small and quiet. 
​I will support you in attuning to and awakening your most true inner voice.
